AppSeed (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides mobile applications (collectively, the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information in the App.

1. Information We Collect

1-1. On-Device Information (Not Transmitted Externally)

Data required for the App’s core functions (such as photo editing or record keeping) is processed only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to our servers. This includes:

  • Access to your photo library (for selecting and saving photos)
  • Access to your camera (for capture features, where applicable)
  • Data entered or recorded within the App

1-2. Information Collected via Third-Party Services

The App uses “Google AdMob” for advertising. AdMob may collect the following information for ad personalization and measurement:

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID)
  • Device information (OS version, model, language settings)
  • IP address
  • Interactions with ads (clicks, impressions)

On iOS, the IDFA is collected only if the user grants permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog.

2. Use of Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining the App’s functionality
  • Delivering and optimizing advertisements
  • Investigating and resolving issues

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share collected information with third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:

  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property
  • For limited sharing with advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) for ad delivery purposes only

4. Your Rights

You can control your information through the following options:

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising — you can disable tracking and ad personalization here.
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads — you can reset or opt out of personalized advertising.
  • Uninstalling the App will delete all data stored on the device.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated without notice as a result of legal changes or App updates. The updated policy takes effect upon publication on this page.
