対象アプリと運営者
本ポリシーは、AppSeed（Google Play上のデベロッパー名：AppSeed Inc.）が提供する「世界遺産コレクト」（Androidパッケージ名：com.appseed.sekai）に適用されます。ストア上の名称に「日本の世界遺産一覧 マップ 巡り 旅ログ」が含まれる場合も同じアプリです。プライバシーに関するお問い合わせは info@app-seed.com または https://app-seed.com/app-support/ で受け付けます。
記録と写真の端末内保存
訪問したスポット、訪問日、メモ、評価、選択した写真、プロフィールや表示の設定を端末内に保存し、記録の表示・編集や達成状況の集計に使用します。写真を選択した場合、アプリで表示するための写真ファイルを保存します。記録・写真をAppSeedの独自サーバーへ自動アップロードしたり、別端末と自動同期したりする機能はありません。利用者用アカウントの登録は不要です。端末のOSがバックアップ・復元を提供する場合があり、その範囲はOSの設定によります。
広告に伴う収集と共有
Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）によるバナー広告や動画広告を使用します。Googleなどの提供者は、広告ID・アプリセットID等のデバイス識別子、IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に利用される場合があります）、広告表示・タップ等の操作情報、起動時間等の診断情報を収集・処理する場合があります。これらは広告配信・効果測定、分析、不正行為防止のため提供者へ送信・共有されます。Google Mobile Ads SDKによる送信はTLSで暗号化されます。Androidの広告設定で広告IDを削除・リセットでき、地域や端末に応じて同意や広告の設定が適用されます。広告を非表示にする期間や広告IDの削除は、すべての通信・識別子の送信を停止するものではありません。

地図・写真・共有
地図表示ではOpenStreetMap等の地図サービスへ、表示する地図タイル等をHTTPSで要求します。この通信にはIPアドレスや表示対象の地図範囲等が含まれ、地図提供者が処理します。訪問先を記録することは、端末の現在地を継続的に追跡することを意味しません。写真の選択にはOSの写真選択機能を使用します。外部の地図や共有先を開いた場合や利用者が画像等を共有した場合、そのサービスの情報処理には各提供者のポリシーが適用されます。

お問い合わせ
利用者がサポートへ連絡した場合、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、添付した情報、必要に応じて提供された端末・OS・アプリのバージョン等を、返信と不具合調査に使用します。AppSeedは問い合わせ対応以外の目的で、端末内の旅行記録や写真を自動取得しません。
保存期間と削除
端末内の記録はアプリ内で削除できます。Androidのアプリデータ消去やアンインストールによってもアプリ内のデータを削除できます。元の写真ライブラリの写真、外部に共有・保存した画像、OSのバックアップ等は別に管理されます。広告・地図サービスの提供者が保有するデータには、それぞれの保存・削除方針が適用されます。お問い合わせ情報は対応と必要な記録管理に必要な期間保持し、不要になった情報を削除します。AppSeedが保持するお問い合わせ情報の削除等のご相談は info@app-seed.com にアプリ名を添えてご連絡ください。端末内の旅行記録や広告識別子を問い合わせ元と自動で結び付けていないため、特定や削除に対応できる範囲には限りがあります。

Visited places, visit dates, notes, ratings, selected photos, profile and display preferences are stored on your device to display and manage your travel records. Selected photo files are saved for use in the app. The app does not automatically upload these records or photos to our own server or sync them between devices. No user account is required. Your operating system may provide its own backup and restore.
Google AdMob may collect and share device identifiers (including advertising ID and app set ID), IP addresses that may indicate approximate location, ad views and taps, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Google Mobile Ads SDK transmission is encrypted using TLS. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings; consent and ad controls vary by region and device. Maps request tiles over HTTPS from providers such as OpenStreetMap. The provider receives the IP address and requested map area. Recording a visited place does not continuously track your device location. Photo selection uses your operating system's picker. When you contact support, we use your email address, message, attachments and device/OS/app-version details you provide to respond and troubleshoot. We do not automatically retrieve your local travel records or photos for support.
Delete local records in the app, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall. Original photos in your library, externally shared copies and operating-system backups are managed separately. Third-party data is retained and deleted under the providers' policies. We retain support information for the period necessary to respond and maintain necessary records, then remove information no longer needed. Contact info@app-seed.com with the app name to discuss deletion of support information held by AppSeed. Identification or deletion of SDK data may be limited because we do not automatically link local records or advertising identifiers to support senders. We limit information access to necessary business purposes and publish updates on this page.
