本プライバシーポリシーは、AppSeed（AppSeed合同会社）が提供する「体重管理グラフ」（英語名: Weight Graph: Diet & BMI Diary、Androidパッケージ名: com.appseed.weight）に適用されます。本アプリにおける情報の取得、利用、保存、共有および削除について説明します。English information is provided below.
端末に保存する記録と利用目的
ユーザーが入力・選択する日付、体重、体脂肪率、ウエスト、筋肉量、メモ、タグ、写真、身長、目標体重、目標日およびアプリの設定を、記録・グラフ・BMI計算・目標の確認・写真の比較・振り返り機能の提供に使用します。保存済みの歩数情報がある場合も記録の一部として取り扱います。
これらの記録と写真は端末内に保存します。AppSeedのサーバーへ自動アップロードしたり、他の端末へ自動同期したりしません。体重などの記録の数値、メモ、写真を、広告のターゲティングや広告事業者・課金管理事業者への提供に使用しません。現在のバージョンはHealth ConnectおよびHealthKitから健康データを読み取ったり書き込んだりしません。
写真と通知
写真は、ユーザーがシステムの写真選択画面で選択した画像を記録に添付するために使用します。写真ライブラリ全体を開発者のサーバーに送信することはありません。リマインダーを有効にした場合は、端末上で通知を予約します。通知の許可は任意で、アプリおよび端末の設定から変更できます。
手動バックアップ・書き出し・共有
Premiumのバックアップは、ユーザーが操作する手動エクスポート／インポート方式です。バックアップには記録、目標などのプロフィール情報と添付写真が含まれます。開発者が運営するバックアップサーバーへの自動保存や、自動同期は行いません。
保存先はユーザーがシステムのファイル画面で選択します。クラウドストレージや他のアプリを保存先・共有先として選択した場合は、そのサービスにデータが渡り、各サービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。CSVや画像を書き出して共有する場合も、ユーザーが選んだ相手・サービスに内容が共有されます。
バックアップZIPはアプリ独自のパスワード暗号化を行いません。健康記録や写真を含むため、保存先と共有先を慎重に選び、不要になったファイルは削除してください。OSによる端末バックアップが有効な場合の保存・復元は、OSおよびユーザーのバックアップ設定に従います。
広告・分析・クラッシュ診断
広告表示にはGoogle AdMob、利用状況の分析と不具合の把握にはGoogle Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsを利用します。これらのサービスは、広告識別子やアプリインスタンス識別子、IPアドレス、端末・OS・アプリの情報、アプリの操作や広告とのやり取り、クラッシュログなどを処理することがあります。IPアドレス等からおおよその地域が推定される場合があります。利用目的は広告配信・測定、不正防止、利用状況の把握および品質改善です。
体重などの健康記録、メモおよび添付写真そのものを、これらのサービスへ分析イベントとして送信しません。広告や識別子の設定は、端末のプライバシー設定や表示される同意画面で管理できます。各サービスの処理と保持期間は、提供者のポリシーに従います。
購入・サブスクリプション
Google PlayまたはApp StoreとRevenueCatを利用して購入状態を確認します。RevenueCatにはアプリユーザーを識別するID、購入商品、購入・更新・解約の状態、有効期限などが送信され、購入した機能の提供、購入の復元および課金状態の管理に使用されます。AppSeedはクレジットカード番号などの決済手段を取得しません。体重の記録や写真をRevenueCatに送信しません。
お問い合わせ
お問い合わせでは、ユーザーが送信するメールアドレス、メッセージ、添付資料、アプリや端末に関する情報を、返信と問題の調査のために取り扱います。ご自身が希望しない健康記録や写真を送信する必要はありません。お問い合わせ記録は対応と継続的なサポートに必要な範囲で保持し、削除のご希望は下記窓口で受け付けます。法令上の保存義務等がある場合は、その必要範囲で保持します。

保存期間・削除・安全管理
端末内の記録は、ユーザーが削除するまで保持します。個別記録の削除や設定画面のデータ削除機能を利用できます。アプリのデータ全体を消去するには、端末のアプリデータ消去機能またはアンインストールを利用してください。書き出したバックアップ、CSV、共有済み画像、写真ライブラリに保存した画像およびOSのバックアップは別に残るため、保存先で削除してください。購入の解約・履歴の管理はGoogle PlayまたはApp Storeで行います。アンインストールだけではサブスクリプションは解約されません。
第三者サービスが保有する識別子・診断情報・購入情報等は各サービスの保持方針に従います。削除に関するご相談は上記サポート窓口へご連絡ください。本アプリには開発者が管理するアカウントの作成機能はありません。
端末上ではOSのアプリ領域の保護を利用し、外部サービスとの通信には暗号化通信を使用します。端末の画面ロックやOSの更新、バックアップファイルの管理も行ってください。データを第三者に販売しません。法令に基づく対応を除き、記録や写真をユーザーの操作なしに第三者へ提供しません。

機能やデータの取り扱いを変更する場合は、このページと最終更新日を更新します。重要な変更は必要に応じてアプリまたは公式サイトでお知らせします。
English — Scope and local records
This privacy policy applies specifically to Weight Graph: Diet & BMI Diary (体重管理グラフ, Android package com.appseed.weight), operated by AppSeed (AppSeed合同会社). Contact us using the AppSeed support form.
Dates, weight, body fat, waist size, muscle mass, notes, tags, selected photos, height, goals, any previously saved step records and settings are stored on your device to provide recording, charts, BMI, goals, photo comparisons and progress features. We do not automatically upload these records to an AppSeed server or synchronize them between devices. The current version does not read or write Health Connect or HealthKit data. Photos are attached when you select them through the system picker. Optional reminders are scheduled locally.
English — Backups and sharing
Premium backup uses manual file export and import. ZIP backups include records, goal/profile information and attached photos, and are not password-encrypted by the app. You choose where to save them. When you choose a cloud provider or share exported files, CSVs or images, the chosen recipient or service receives that content under its own policies. There is no developer-operated automatic backup or synchronization server. OS device backups, when enabled, follow your OS and account settings. Keep exported files secure and delete unwanted copies separately.
English — Third-party services and support
Google AdMob provides advertising. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics provide usage analysis and crash diagnostics. These services may process advertising or app-instance identifiers, IP addresses, device/OS/app details, usage and ad interactions, and crash diagnostics. An approximate region may be inferred from network information. Processing supports ads, measurement, fraud prevention and product quality. We do not send the contents of your health records, notes or photos as analytics events or use them for ad targeting. Manage available advertising choices in system settings and consent screens. Google Play or the App Store and RevenueCat process purchase identifiers, products, transaction/subscription status and expiration dates to verify access and restore purchases. AppSeed does not receive card details or send health records or photos to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat Privacy. Retention of service identifiers, diagnostics and purchase information follows each provider's policy.
If you contact support, we use the email address, message and app/device details or attachments you choose to send to respond and investigate. Support records are retained as needed for support and legal obligations. You do not need to send private health records or photos to ask for help.
English — Retention, deletion and security
Local records remain until deleted. Delete individual records or use the in-app data deletion option; clear OS app data or uninstall to remove the app's local data. Separately delete exported backups, CSVs, shared images, saved photo-library images and OS backups at their storage locations. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions: manage these in Google Play or the App Store. The app does not provide an AppSeed account registration system. For privacy and deletion requests, use the support form linked above.
We use OS app storage protections and encrypted connections to external services. Exported backup files are not separately encrypted by the app. We do not sell your data or send local health records and photos to third parties without your action, except as required by law. Material changes will be reflected on this page and communicated in the app or official website when appropriate.
