対象アプリ・運営者・連絡先
本ポリシーはAppSeed（Google Playのデベロッパー名：AppSeed Inc.）の「イラスト探偵」（com.appseed.tantei）に適用されます。ストア名に「謎解き推理ゲーム」「犯人当て捜査」「殺人事件 観察」が含まれる場合も同じアプリです。お問い合わせ：info@app-seed.com または https://app-seed.com/app-support/。
端末内のゲームデータ
本編・9カードミステリー・証言法廷の進行、クリア状況、チュートリアル、音やデザインの設定、購入権利のキャッシュ等を端末内に保存します。旧版からの更新時は、端末内に残っている旧版の進行データを読み取り、現行版へ引き継ぎます。ゲーム進行の独自クラウド同期や利用者用アカウントの登録はありません。OSによるバックアップ・復元が適用される場合があります。
広告・分析・不具合の調査
Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）で広告を配信し、Firebase AnalyticsとCrashlyticsで利用状況の分析や不具合調査を行います。提供者は、広告ID・アプリセットID・アプリインスタンス等の識別子、IPアドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその地域、起動・画面操作・問題への回答やクリア・広告表示等のイベント、端末・OS・アプリのバージョン、クラッシュログや診断情報を処理する場合があります。広告は配信・効果測定・分析・不正防止に、分析・不具合情報はアプリの改善、安定性の確認と不正防止に使用します。これらの情報はGoogle等のサービス提供者へ送信されます。Google Mobile Ads SDKはTLSで送信を暗号化します。広告IDはAndroid設定から削除・リセットできます。広告非表示の購入や広告IDの削除後も、購入確認・分析・診断等の通信が行われる場合があります。

通知
Firebase Cloud Messagingを使用して通知を届けます。通知のため、インストールを識別する情報や通知用トークン、配信に必要な端末情報等をGoogleが処理する場合があります。通知の表示許可はOSの設定で変更できます。
購読・買い切り購入
Google Play等のストアとRevenueCatで購入状態を管理します。商品ID、購入証明、取引識別子、購入・更新・有効期限等の状態、匿名のアプリユーザー識別子、端末やストア情報等を、決済確認、購読・広告非表示の有効化、購入の復元、不正防止と購入状態の分析のために処理します。AppSeedはクレジットカード番号を取得しません。自動更新購読の解約は利用したストアの購読管理から行ってください。アンインストールでは購読は解約されません。

お問い合わせ・外部リンク
サポートへ連絡した場合、メールアドレス、記載した内容や添付情報、端末・OS・アプリのバージョン等を返信と不具合調査に使用します。メールは利用者が送信した場合に届きます。共有・ストア・SNS等の外部サービスでは各提供者のポリシーが適用されます。
保持期間と削除
端末内のデータは、Androidのアプリデータ消去またはアンインストールで削除できます。進行が失われるため必要なデータの扱いにご注意ください。OSのバックアップ、ストアの購入履歴、継続中の購読は別に管理されます。広告・Firebase・購入管理等の提供者側のデータには各提供者の保持・削除方針が適用されます。お問い合わせ情報は対応と必要な記録管理に必要な期間保持し、不要になった情報を削除します。AppSeedが保持するお問い合わせ情報の削除等についてはアプリ名を添えて info@app-seed.com へご連絡ください。匿名のSDK識別子を問い合わせ元と自動で結び付けていないため、特定・削除に対応できる範囲には限りがあります。

Game progress, unlocked content, tutorial and display/sound settings, and cached purchase status are stored on your device. Updates may import existing local progress from the previous version. No player account or custom cloud sync of game progress is provided. Operating-system backups may apply.
Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may process device and app identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses and inferred approximate location, app usage and gameplay/ad events, device/OS/app details, crashes and diagnostics. Purposes include advertising, measurement, analytics, app improvement, stability and fraud prevention, according to the service used. Data is sent to providers such as Google. Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmissions with TLS. Android ad-ID controls are available; ad removal or deleting your ad ID does not stop purchase verification, analytics or diagnostic communications. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes installation identifiers, notification tokens and necessary device information to deliver notifications. You can change notification display permission in OS settings.
Stores and RevenueCat process product IDs, purchase evidence, transaction identifiers, subscription and entitlement status, anonymous app-user identifiers and device/store information for purchase verification, access and restoration, fraud prevention and purchase analytics. AppSeed does not receive credit-card numbers. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account; uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
Support requests include the email address, message, attachments and device/app information you send. External sharing, stores and social services apply their own policies. Delete local data through Android app-data controls or uninstalling; this removes progress. OS backups, store purchase history and active subscriptions are managed separately. Third-party retention and deletion follow provider policies. We retain support information as necessary for responses and required records, then remove information no longer needed. Contact us with the app name regarding support information held by AppSeed. Identification and deletion of SDK data may be limited because anonymous identifiers are not automatically linked to support senders. We restrict access to necessary business purposes and publish updates here.
